Itinerary

Day 1: Kolkata to Sundarban

5:00 AM: Pickup from designated points in Kolkata (e.g., Indian Museum Main Gate near Park Street Metro or Science City Gate No.1). Begin a 3-hour drive to Godkhali, the gateway to the Sundarbans. Enjoy a tea break en route.

8:30 AM: Board a well-maintained mechanized boat equipped with comfortable seating and European-style toilets. Begin your journey through the intricate network of rivers and creeks.

9:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Explore the Sundarbans’ rich biodiversity:

Sajnekhali Watchtower: Visit the Sajnekhali Tiger Reserve and Museum.
Sudhanyakhali Watchtower: A prime spot for wildlife sightings.
Dobanki Watchtower: Experience the canopy walk and panoramic views.

During the cruise, keep an eye out for crocodiles, water monitors, spotted deer, various bird species, and, if fortunate, the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger.

Meals on Board: Enjoy breakfast and lunch prepared and served on the boat, featuring local Bengali cuisine.

4:00 PM: Disembark at Godkhali and commence the return journey to Kolkata.
