Welcome to Bengal Explore! By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website, office, or authorized agents.

• A minimum advance payment (50%) is required to confirm your booking.

• Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.

• We accept payments via online transfer, UPI and other approved methods.

2. Pricing Policy

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

• Package prices may vary depending on seasonal demand, availability, and changes in fuel or accommodation costs.

• Any additional services requested by the traveler that are not included in the package will be charged separately.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Traveler Cancellation:

  • 16 days or more before departure: Full refund (minus transaction fees).

  • 11–15 days before departure: 50% refund.

  • Less than 10 days before departure: No refund.

• Company Cancellation:

  • If Bengal Explore cancels a tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Changes to Itinerary

• Bengal Explore reserves the right to change tour itineraries due to weather conditions, government restrictions, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Alternative arrangements of similar value will be provided without additional cost.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

• Carry valid identification and travel documents.

• Follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff.

• Respect local customs, laws, and the environment.

• Ensure you are medically fit for travel and activities included in the tour.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Bengal Explore is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or loss caused by natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip.

• Travelers participate in all activities at their own risk.

7. Accommodation & Transport

• Accommodation is provided as per the selected package category (standard, deluxe, luxury).

• Transport will be arranged in AC/non-AC vehicles or boats as per the itinerary.

• Room allocation is subject to availability.

8. Travel Insurance

• We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, or personal losses.

• Bengal Explore does not provide insurance unless specified in the package.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal.
