Itinerary

Day 1: Kolkata to Sundarban

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Pickup from designated points in Kolkata (Indian Museum Main Gate near Park Street Metro and P.C. Chandra Garden Gate No.1, Science City) by AC vehicle.

Breakfast En Route: Enjoy a tea break and breakfast during the journey to Godhkhali (approximately 3.5 hours).

2:30 PM: Arrival at our hotel, located opposite the Sundarban Tiger Reserve, surrounded by villages and forests.

4:00 PM: Embark on a short boat ride to the Sundarban Bird Jungle, witnessing a mesmerizing sunset over the mangroves.

6:00 PM: Return to the hotel.

7:00 PM: Enjoy local folk dance performances accompanied by complimentary snacks and tea/coffee.

8:00 PM: Bonfire and music session (winter season only).

10:00 PM: Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Full-Day Sundarban Safari

8:00 AM: Start the day with a boat safari through the Sundarban delta.

8:30 AM: Guided jungle safari at Sajnekhali Tiger Reserve.

9:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Explore various rivers, islands, and creeks, including Pirkhali, Banbibi Varani, Sundarkhali, Khonakhali, Choragaji, Deualvarani, SarakKhali, Gazikhali, Nobanki, and Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower. Spot wildlife such as spotted deer, crocodiles, wild boars, snakes, water monitor lizards, various birds, and, if lucky, the Royal Bengal Tiger.

12:30 PM: Visit Do-Banki Tiger Reserve Area and Watch Tower. Experience the 896-meter canopy walk offering a unique perspective of the forest.

1:30 PM: Visit Panchamukhni, the confluence of five rivers.

5:00 PM: Return to Godkhali.

5:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Arrival in Kolkata.
